Office Condo Developer Since 1997
David Ficek was the pioneer in bringing office condominium to the Midwest with his initial project in Roseville, Minnesota. The early projects consisted of units that relatively simple and averaged around 2400 square feet.

After the first couple years, David found a tremendous denand for office condos in the Twin Cities, MN area. With several partners, he expanced the business (called DaVerne at the time) and started 5 projects in 2000 and 2001. Completing 105 units in little over two and a half years.

In 2005, David started Bremcon with Bryan Breems, a 20 year business associate. They decided to expand the company beyond just Minnesota to Omaha, Kansas City, Kansas, and Sioux Falls, SD. Additonally, they updated the designs and expanded their size to around 3000 square feet. They have now built over 200 units since 1997 with almost 100 more to go.
